Janet did absolutely everything right! For example, our pest inspection showed termites, however the sellers agent decided there weren't any. It boiled down to Janet not tolerating the issue until the termites were treated. Janet is the epitome of grace and thoughtfulness. She truly does care about her client. She is there for you no matter the time of day, whever you need she will be there for you. She is honest and thoughtful about all she does for her client. If there is a training school for learning to be an agent, Janet should teach it!
